Is pork bad for cats?

I make my own cat food so I was wondering if pork is good or bad.

Pork is great! Although you should freeze it for two weeks if you're going to feed it raw in order to kill of any parasites. You don't need to do this if you're cooking it for your cat.

Pork's fine for cats. Mine like it as a treat when I cook pork for myself. In chinees medicine foods are considered either heating or cooling and you're supposed to eat a balance of both. Pork is neutral and is considered a good food that will help keep you balanced.
