SHe has been to a vet who can't find anything wrong. Xrays showed no blockage and blood work came back normal. Has this happened to anybody else and what did you do? Also, she has an appetite but is clearly losing weight.

Add another water bowl on the opposite side of your home to keep her hydrated. Then, add wet food to her diet. Try MaxCat Senior chicken and lamb canned food to promote hydration as well. I would also recommend Greenies SmartBites digestive care treats in salmon, and hairball control treats in tuna or chicken. If she has a hairball, it is going to come out one way or another, so preferably through her rear is better! I would also give her a hairball gel treat regularly, such as laxatone natural or grass gel, to keep her from getting constipated. Good luck- be happy for your kitty that no blockage was present! ^_^
