I can't login. I can't e-mail you. It's just awful and I don't understand.

Meowmy can't afford Catster Plus right now, and Purr Daddy thinks she spends way too much time anyway on the computer. But we don't understand why she can't even login. Surely it's not your fault, but we just want to check on Kharma Kitty and her friends.
Please help us.

Make sure you look closely at what you've typed in as your email and password. If you've typed everything right, then go to Catster Info on the left hand side of this page and click on "Contact HQ". There might be a glitch in your account and only HQ can fix that.
