The gestation period for a cat is about 63 days, so if she got pregnant a month ago, she's halfway there. If she's not spayed and roaming around outside, chances of pregnancy are VERY good. Her belly will swell, she'll begin looking for a private place to give birth, her nipples will become pink and swollen, she may become more affectionate, and if you hold her belly, you can feel the kittens moving around. If she is pregnant, would you please consider having her spayed after weaning? If you are giving the kittens away for free, you have no idea what happens to them even if you "think" they're going to a good home. Plus, there are lots of kittens in shelters who face being put down if not adopted.

PLEASE get your cats fixed, there are enough poor kittens out there in shelters that need homes, and if they don't find one they get put down. :'(
