Kittens of that age usually still have some of their kitten proportions with babyish heads & to a lesser degree, kitten body proportions with legs being long in proportion to body. They'll likely be about 1/2 to 2/3 of their adult although individual growth rates can vary widely. Your kittens will still be teething until about 9 months of age. They definitely are mentally still kittens & won't know what's safe or dangerous to get into or put in their mouths. Kitten proof your house as you would do if you were childproofing it.

Also, be aware that kittens can become sexually mature at that early age & come into heat especially when it's springtime, so get your kittens spayed as soon as possible. The kittens don't need the stress of pregnancy & a litter at their own young age.

A cat usually gets its height by a year of age but depending on body type & substance, may not be fully filled out until closer to 3 years of age.
