You need to get this kitten to a vet and get on the right track to take care of her right now. She may not even be weaned yet since you don't know how old she is. Please take her to a vet for guidance!

Yes, please take her to a vet right away. She probally is weaned yet and needs special care since she is so young. There is a lot of information on how to feed and take care of kitties this young.
