Cats have about 24-48 hours of no food intake before their livers will start to shut down, poisoned by metabolizing too much of their own fat. Whatever is making her stop eating in the first place may be an easy fix if you get her into the vet now but once her liver has started to fail it's really an uphill battle, as liver failure will further ruin her appetite and the liver can't regenerate if she's still losing weight.
