Does anyone know of a reliable and reasonably priced pet relocation agencies that can shit internationally?

I currently have a 6 month domestic short hair and I need to ship him to Kuwait by the end of June. Unfortunately I am unable to take him on my flight because it exceeds 17 hours and I'm travelling on 2 different airlines. I would've left him here in Canada, but I don't have and family or close friends to ask and I'll be gone for 2+ months. Please help.
