Does any one know of a cat brush that's good to remove shedding and is ok on sensitive skin?
My Neko Thorne is short haired at the shoulders and gets to be long haired at the belly. He also has a really fluffy tail uber long armpit hair (strange i know :O). and he doesn't like any grooming brush ive tried(except on his face/head), so i'm thinking he might have sensitive skin. He likes the human brush but sadly that doesn't do anything to help his shedding.

We like the Li'l Pals Slicker Brush For Kittens. It has thin wire bristles that are covered on the tips. It's very small so it fills with fur quickly and I sometimes have to clean it mid-brushing, but the covered tips prevent hurting the tender kitty skin if you brush too hard. I've used it on both of my short-haired fluffy-bellies since they were tiny kittens, and they both really enjoy being brushed.
It's available on Amazon.com if you can't find it locally.

You could try using a "Zoom Groom". It is a small rubber brush sold in pet stores. It costs about $5.00 and every cat I have owned absolutely loves it! I use the Zoom Groom first to loosen up all the loose fur and then use a comb to get the fur off. The Zoom Groom advertisement states that your cat feels like he/she is getting a massage with this brush. I'm sure your cat will love it. Give it a try!
