Bailey don't know what it is but like any kind of lump you should see your vet . It could be nothing but you never know . We here at catster are not vets and can not give you any medical advice , we are just people who love cats .

See a vet. If it were your neck, wouldn't you go to a doctor? We're all purring for you here.

Your vet is the only one who could give you a really educated answer as we aren't vets here, but I wonder if she possible had an IV or an injection there? Or, if it's a swollen lymph node? Vaccinations don't cause lumps except at the site of the injection. Even if it doesn't both her, at least call the vet to touch base with them. Even if you had her spayed/vaccinated at a low-cost clinic, I know from experience that they are always willing to answer questions about your kitty.
