Cat has acne and is on antibiotics. Now he's sneezing & not eating. Could he be allergic to pills or is this unrelated?

I'd call your vet and tell them what's happeneing and see what they think and whether the meds he's on have this as a possible side effect. He may have got an unrelated issue like an upper respiratory infection but the vet will know best.

I'm not sure if the sneezing could be related to the antibiotics. The antibiotics might be the reason your cat is not eating. I would definately ask your vet about that. But, just to let you know, my cat had acne too. No antibiotics were given to me. But my vet did inform me not to use a metal bowl. The metal is what caused the acne. So ever since than I always use plastic bowls. Good Luck!!

Get your cat back to the vet. Feed your cat out of glass dishes, not plastic , as this causes acne, and keep the dishes clean.
Also ask your vet about L-lysine, it is an amino acid that will help with stopping the sneezing.
