Can you give me some advice on how to incorporate a new 8 year old male cat, into a group of 4 male 7 year old cats???

Honestly, it would be better to bring in a female, especially if the males are cooexisting well and have been together for awhile. There is really no good way to do this, except with letting them smell him out and then supervised visits. The whole pecking order of alpha males could change, and you masy end up with some discord in your home for a few months, so be prepared! Treats will help distract anyone who feels threatened, and EXPECT spraying... ^_^
