Cats should only be feed cat food.

My cats love chicken livers as a treat. I just lightly boil them in some water and they can't wait til they cool down enough to eat. Liver shouldn't be more than ~5% of thei total food but its great as an occaisional meal.

Chicken livers for cats: yes you can feed liver to cats just 1 or 2 x per week.
