How to make the hat

1. Trace the party hat pattern on the back of the card stock, and cut it out.

2. Roll the card stock into a cone. Use tacky glue to glue the overlap, and use a paper clip to hold the two edges together until it dries.

3. Use the 3D stickers and extra card stock to make fun phrases; glue the pompom to the top of the hat.

4. Use the hole punch to make two holes in the hat. Tie elastic thread to each hole. If you’re making a hat for your cat, make the strings nice and short to hold the hat on him.
