On April 3, 2006, my Mom had to let me return to my Creator. I had been Mom's sweet girl for 14 3/4 years, a beautiful, loving, affectionate spirit that she will miss greatly. She still cries when she thinks of letting me go, but she couldn't bear to have me suffer any longer. Mom hopes someday we will all be reunited, as what would Heaven be without our most faithful companions? I was dearly loved & will be terribly missed by Mom, Dad, Trip, Annie, Gus & my human step-sister, Julie. Mom hopes "my" dog, Misty, was waiting for me at The Rainbow Bridge and that we are together and at peace at last.

We were all here at the Rainbow Bridge to welcome Shasta when she crossed over. She is her kitten self again - feeling wonderful. We've shown her the catnip fields and the treat cupboards and introduced her to all the wonderful kitties and doggies that are here. We play and eat and sleep in the sun - it's perfect. She'll be watching over you everyday until you can be together again. Purrrrs, Benny, Newton and Fred

We are so sorry for the loss of Shasta, what a beauty! Our Callie and Spanky were also welcoming her at the Bridge to show her around in a beautiful place where there is no pain, only sunshine and happiness.

I am here at Rainbow Bridge, I have been her a little over 2 years, mommsie had to do that to, I was getting very ill.. it is sunny and fun here.. tell your mommsie not to cry you are with her.. always Bear

Her Journey's Just Begun
Don't think of her as gone away-
her journey has just begun
life holds many facets
the Earth is only one

Just think of her as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years

Think how she must be wishing
that we could know today
