Hi Mittens,

sorry I didn't get on here and thank you for letting me know about your chemo...I had my first chemo on the 6th and I am feeling good, I do sleep a lot though. Mom found a new vet that has given Mom herbal supplements and colostrum to help with my immune system...I haven't had any side affect either so hopefully the chemo will be a success....Love to you Mittens and hope you are still doing well.cloud 9

My Mom is a pet sitter she suggests that you ask for references. My Mom also gives clients up to dates if they want them, some don't, but she always leaves a written report on the day to day events while she was caring for her clients pets.

Mom also has a safe in our home where she keeps her clilents keys. some clients don't want Mom to keep the key but want Mom to leave it under the mat or somewhere else, very unsafe and Mom tells them she is not responsible for left keys, she perfers to keep them so much easier on Mom (No chance of client forgetting to leave key for sitter) Mom suggests if you don't want her to keep your key have her mail it back to you.
Make sure she spends time with you and the kitties to see how she does & if you feel comfortable with her caring for you pets and being in your home.

Mom also has a contract, information sheet for each cat, clients home and vacation/trip...hope this will help you too.
Mom said some clients have admitted they were not sure of Mom coming into their home, but once she came and took such good care of their kitties they let Mom have the key and knew they could trust her and depend on her, after all this is Mom business and she is the only one that goes to her clients home, no one else.....

I have been diagnosed with mammary gland cancer on my right side. I had surgery on July 20th, the vet said the tumers were tiny and the cancer hasn't spread into my lungs or any other organs...now they want me to have chemo therapy 4 sessions in 4 months time to make sure there isn't any cancer cells hiding.

Mommy is very afraid of the chemo and is scared to death...has any other cat been diagnosed with mammary cancer had chemo or alternatives to chemo...please help my Mom

My cat sister, cat brother and our doggies are all fixed, Mommy says there are too many animals abandoned and not enough homes. She is a pet sitter so she is going to pass the word around about Spay/Nueter day to all her clients. We were rescued and she believes in pet owners being responsible owners....kittypuppyway to go
