Rescue, Adoption & Happy Endings > Dealing with a long-term foster getting adopted

	If Mom has fosters she is really attached to, she tries to get them adopted to someone she knows. That way, they are more likely to keep in touch and she can see how the kitty is doing. Sometimes, you just have to let go. We always wonder about them, but your moms have to have faith that they made a good choice in the family the kitty went to. Mom has run into families who adopted from her 2-3 years ago and the cats are doing great. She says that's always a good feeling.

	I meant to decorate for Christmas, but haven't really been in the mood this year. We need to have a party. Maybe a post-Christmas bash. Something to wash away the Christmas blues and remember old pals, like Squeaks. If any cat's in favor, say Mrow!
