Mom, defnitly. She fills our bowls an cleans the fountain, usually takes us to the vet (ick!), gives any medicines, an does most of the litter box scoopin. The boy (13) does the litter boxes if Mom asks him. I fink I saw Dad do them once or twice.

But efurryone snuggles an plays wif us! An when I had my baf, it was the boy who wrapped me in a towel to dry.
