	I've read several Egyptian Mau articles that state Maus have a sensitivity to medications. Has anyone experienced this with their Mau mixed breed? If so, what precautuions have you/do you take, any OTC meds or vitamins/treats to avoid (other than making sure your vet knows that your cat is an Egyptian Mau mix)?

	I have to be so careful about Bastet. She is a hemopheliac along with the problem of medications, more so with anesthesia. I am not so sure Bastet is a mixed breed, because of the hemophelia problem, but her face doesn't have the perfect side markings from eyes. They are more brown than black. The vet was very careful with the amount of anesthesia and since she has had health issues with urinary tract infections and high white counts, she had to take lower gram dosages of antibiotics, therefore it took longer for her to heal from the infections. She is on special food now, and so far, the infection has been held at bay.
