	I got something. A dog abuser in Chicago is been charged a class 4 felony for beating his dog. He's having to pay $2,600 for medical bills for the dog, a Lab- German Shepherd mix. Sad to say, he's a repeat offender. They put his court day off till next month, at least we know he will pay with time for the abuse this time.
