 | | | | When I moved into my new place it took one of my cats a while to adjust. Locking them up in a crate or large carrier might make it worse. If you can I would put them in your bedroom or computer room (with their own potty box, water, and food). One that you ro another family member is in often but has a door to actually keep them in there and only there. This way they can get acustom to the noise, smells, and just have to deal with adjusting to one room at a time. They might hide under the bed or in a closet (or draw) but give them a day or so and they will be looking to leave the room on their own. This way might be less tramatizing since they are not being forced to confront anything they are not ready too.. but they are also confined and safe and can venture on their own when they feel ready to. Just a suggestion but it worked for my older female | | | | |
