 | |  | | I have read that it is easier to neuter a younger kitten. I got my babies when they were already a year and a half old, and I was told they were neutered when they were 5 months old. They seem fine, and have no problems.
If you are concerned try neutering him around 7-8 months. Even though maine coons are slow maturing, I think they still reach their puberty at around the same age as most other kittens. |  |  | |  |
