 | | | | Great news about Kirby I'm pleased to hear all is well. I'm sorry things aren't going too well I know cats can be very social animals. We here love fur mum Raza ,and she is brought many many treats and special toys that we know only she will like. She likes cane baskets so she has one on top of the cat tree, She just loooove the cat tube toys, so she has two of those. BUT she loves to go outside too.
Here in New Zealand is is common for cats to be indoor and outdoor cats. They have no preditors.
Anyway what I'm getting at. Raza sometimes comes home beautifully groomed. The human tells her she is a lucky lady and has spoken to a couple of the neighbours that she knows Raza visits but none of them have combed her. So we are not sure who does it. We are ok with it, and don't mind her visiting and cheering up someone elses life, as long as they don't take her. I just hope they know she is loved at home. She does have a collar on and the human is thinking of putting a note on it. The human has an idea which house she may visit, since she went door knocking. One of the houses nobody was home. The neighbour to the house said they had a fluffy torti, as she has seen her grooming it. The human laughed and said it was probably ours and it was probably Raza she saw. This house is.. if you went by road, is quiet a few houses down the road but when you go to the house, it would only be 15 meters from ours with an empty paddock between the houses (as we are both down long driveways).
I think what I'm saying is the owner maybe worried you want to take her cat. She may also love it.
It is common for cats to go visiting here. It was sooo funny one day the human was trying to explain what a Birman looked like to the other human. To her amazement she looked down at their feet and low and behold a Birman cat just strolled into the house did a few laps around the feet looked around then wandered back outside.
Not really what you expect but we were in a new neighbourhood and I assume he/she was just checking us out. Balty always hated cats in his area so we never saw the fur again. | | | | |
