 | |  | | Is he neutered? Or maybe had any stress come up lately? Mine gets bitey if he is petted incorrectly. Most cats attack out of some kind of stress: new environment, new litter, new cat, new chemical cleaner. If you haven't changed anything, you should make sure there isn't a medical reason (of which there could be many choices).
I have only met one cat who was actually doing such behaviors from spite, the rest were all desperately trying to communicate some kind of discomfort. |  |  | |  |
