Just wondering what kind of show set up other cats have? And themes if any?

I have a red pop-up Sturdi show shelter. Mom just ordered some zebra print covers for my hammock and the pads for the bottom of my cage and a zebra print drape too.

Mom doesn't sew and doesn't know anyone who does which is why we went the Sturdi route. We used the wire cages provided by the club for our first couple shows with a twin size blanket as a cage cover.

We have cage curtains our Auntie Tanya made for us, but in December mom found some nice cages on ebay called "fold n hold". They are 22x22x22 inches, so perfect for one cat and if you set up two of them they fit in the allotted space for a full cage at shows. Mom really likes them. She still uses the cage skirt our Auntie made underneath them, but she's really liking not messing with the wire cages!

Mumma has a nice big puppy pen that she uses for me and holds some nice carpet and rug as well as my litter tray and food and she has a big throw she puts over my cage to stop me being underneath the lights too much. She says she likes this cage cos it doubles as my car cage for g0ing to and coming home from shows and I only go in a box when we go into the hotels but even then not always as I like my car harness so I can sleep on the seat next to mumma. way to go

We have a Sturdi cage that is double wide for shows, but we don't use it much because we live in a region that requires you to buy a grooming space so that there is room for it. We also have several sets of cage drapes. We have the original ones mom bought at a show back in 1997 and grandma used them as a pattern to make several more.

We have a special pad that goes in our Sturdi cage. It has weights in it because the cage so light and we can turn it over. A friend saw a Maine Coon do that once. We also have a drape that hangs in front of the cage that has pockets in it so mom has a place to put grooming items and toys. The center pocket is big enough for the show catalog so we don't have to worry about where it is.
