Blind Cat Rescue Fundraiser!!!! Sent: Fri Dec 5

Message:
Baby, Mike, and I, along with the other blind cats, are SO excited!!!!! We've been keeping a secret, and now we can share it with you all!!

We just got permission from Catster HQ to publicize the Christmas Fundraiser the Blind Cat Rescue is currently holding. It's no ordinary fundraiser. You get to help decorate a virtual Christmas tree for the kitties!

If now's not the right time to sponsor a blind cat, here's a chance to help by putting an ornament on the tree ($10.), adding a small package under the tree ($25.) or even giving the kitties a BIG package ($50.). You can write a gift card that will be posted on the website.

That's a great way to give a message to the kitties and their rescuers, pass along a meaningful tribute to a beloved friend - human or feline or canine - or express any sentiment meaningful to you. All the info about how to post your message is on the Blind Cat Rescue site.

The rescue is getting close to being able to build another cattery. This would allow 20+ more cats to have a safe home with love and good medical care.

We'd love to see this group help make this possible.

If you know administrators of other groups who might give us permission to publicize there, please drop them a line and put them in contact with Baby or me, Natasha. If you know folks outside the Catster family who might help the fundraising efforts, please pass this information along to them.

Alana is basically the sole caregiver for these special cats and does an amazing job. She confided to me that she hasn't had any real time off in the nine years since she started saving the cats and founded the rescue. Wouldn't it be wonderful for us to play a role in getting that new cattery built!

All donations must be either mailed to:

Blind Cat Rescue,
3101 E Great Marsh Church Road
St Pauls, NC 28384

-OR- (this is the easy way and you get to see the virtual tree!)
Visit www. blindcatrescue.com
Once there, you'll see all the info on their main page.

The direct link to the donation page is:

We're all SO excited! If you have other thoughts about how we can get the word out, please share them with the group or by dropping Baby or me a note.

Let's make a difference in the lives of these wonderful kitties and those still in need of rescue!

Love and purrs to you all!!!
