I apologise for being absent so much from the group. I have an ill cat and am moving which is taking up a lot of my time.
I also know that unless we have many, many members who all wish to be advocates against Hartz and their ads on Catster, either Catster nor anyone else will take us seriouly.
I spent a lot of time over the cousre of 4 years fighting Hartz. It seems to all come down to having a very large number of peopple who believe in what you are trying to do and actually will help in efforts to obtain the goal or having someone famous jump on board the band wagon or having a lot of money to be able to fight Hartz. Without at least one of those 3 things you don't stand a snowballs chance in hell of getting any postive action taken.
If you file your own suit against Hartz, they will counter sue you for unbeliveable amounts of money for damages, LOL too funny isn't it. They actually counter sued filing "FRAUD" & "MENTAL ANGUISH".
They buy off attoney's. If you make enough noise you'd be surprized what they have and will do. Put spy's in private groups. To obtain private emails so they can send them to the police and various other organiztions to cause you problems. Use them in court as "slander"
LOL I know you are thinking I'm a paranoid nut case now aren't ya? Hey I would too if I was reading this. However , I know beyond doubt that the above is all 100% true and lived through most of it
Hartz has even gone as far as requesting your beloved pets remains for autposy and of course return to you.
You never get the remains back and they send them to a Vet school they donate heavily to to do the autoposy. I don't need to tell you that nothing in the findings if you can get hold of them indicates Hartz killed the animal.
( Most of us can't afford 1500.00 -3000.00 for an independant autoposy to be preformed) Then of course you have to make they aren't on Hartz yearly donations list and that they have the guts to stand by their findings once Hartz sues them. Vets who say anything publicly about Hartz also get sued. Many who start out telling Hartz is the reason your pet is dead sudden develop brain fade after being contacted by Hartz's legal department. Can't blame them actually they don't want to risk losing their livily hood over one dead pet.
Now that I have painted a very accurate picture of the monster your are facing in the fight aginst Hartz, I imagine next time I open this page to see far fewer members listed.
If any are still game for the fight, I'm only to happy to help and glad to have you. Now if you have any ideas, friends in high place such as Stars, who are into helping animals and not afraid of Hartz, please let me know about it.
