	Wow, you silly kitty! Glad to hear that you & your mom are doing ok now. I'll be sure that we keep her in our prayers for a quick recovery. Our mom was attacked by Biscotti (prior to getting declawed & fixed). He scratched her face up real good. Punctured her nose clean through in 3 different spots. Even tore her eyelid open & scratched her eyeball! Mom thought that she'd be ok once she stopped the bleeding, but by the following day when she went to urgent care, they almost transported by ambulance & admitted her for a red & swollen infection (Cat Scratch Fever). She had to wear a eye patch & wasn't allowed to drive, so her daughter walked from highschool to the urgent care & had to drive mom home. They gave her a super strong penicillin injection in the butt, 850 mg amoxicillin, prescription eye drops, & an eye patch & had to come in for a follow up the next day. Luckily they caught it in time, or my mom wouldv'e been in the hospital like your mommy was. Cat scratches & bites (especially) aren't anything to mess with as our moms found out. Keeping you both in our thought & prayers! Buster

	Wow, my meowmie and I are sending hugs to your meowmie. I bit my mom at the V-E-T's one time because I wasn't happy with the shot they were giving me. I did puncture her skin but she washed it out good and it healed. She said she had her tetanus shot a few years back. I am 6 pounds of tough cat! Mostly though, I can give powerful quick scratches if I am scared. Us kitties have some serious defense mechanisms! I am not liking the sound of pennies in a can. Mom does though!

	Mommy had to go back to the ER yesterday afternoon as her lymph nodes were swelling up again. The dr only let her go home (after strong IV antibiotics) because she had the appt today at the Wound Care Center. The dr there this morning was very nice. He sees so much worse at his office but he was willing to help mommy. Her leg is all wrapped up tight like a mummy with medicine inside. She is on new medication to take at home. She has to go every Friday until the dr thinks she is okay. She is very happy that she didn't have to stay in the hospital or go back/forth for IV's. Thank you every cat for your purrs for mommy. She is still hurting and I am sooo sorry I bited her! Now when I am playing and try to bite her hand, I hear a loud HISS (thanks Aedan) and I stop right away. Then I hold mommy's hand and lick her. I don't like that hissing in my face!
