Munchkin or Mini?

Hi guys. I'm new to the little cat arena, so not sure if my Pebbles is a Munchkin or a mini?

She is 3 months old and under 3 lbs. Half Persian/half Raggamuffin, she has the body type of a Persian though her nose isn't as flat as her Persian mothers. She seems perfectly proportional though and we aren't sure how big she will actually end up being.

She is totally precious though and I'm trying to learn more about little cats so hopefully this is the right place?
