any good vets in st louis??

had been going to humane society, they have seemed to have given up on my poor baby, he has diabetes, and 3 masses, enlarged liver, diabetic neuropathy. looking for a good vet that maybe good with diabeties.

There is a wonderful specialist group in Bridgeton. Dr. Hause took care of my kitties and gave them long and wonderful lives managing many illness. I have not dealt with diabetes, so I can't give any advice on that, but if you call local vets, ask if they are willing to consult with the specialist by phone, if you don't feel that your finances can handle the specialist. Usually, you are referred to the specialist by the regular vet and bring your diagnostic info, such as blood work and x-rays, with you to the first appointment, or they are faxed over, and the regular vet and specialist work together on managing the illnesses.

i actually have an apt with dr hause end of the month so i am excited, i can not wait to find out what is really wrong with my baby...
