Hey, Guys! Is anyone out there?
I want to jazz up this place! Is anyone interested in a photo contest??
I'll offer a rosette and a bandana to first prize, and a rosette to the second runner up.
Let's see you in your costume! There should be less entries than the "coolest dog" contest, so your odds are higher of winning!
Let's see your Halloween spirit! Submissions must be in by midnight, October 31st.
Winners to be announced by the Friday that follows (Nov. 2nd) if not sooner.
