Cats named for video games/characters. How cool is that? My mama named me Zelda after her favorite video game "The Legend of Zelda". She always tries to name her cats names that are out of the norm & since she is such a fanatic for that game, (plus the fact that I have blue eyes), she thought that the name would suit me just fine. And it's worked out really well for me. I command attention when I enter a room & I usually get it, (or I'll pester someone til I get it). I think I might be some kind of royalty because my aunt calls me the "Baroness Von Zelda". I really like that whether I am or not.
But anyhow, thanks for inviting me to this group. I'm eager to see how many of us are out there & how they ended up with their names & why. My mom works swing shift so I may not get to come by that often, but I sure will be here when I can. She won't let me on the computer when she's not here. kitty

Yay! Thanks for joining! The Legend of Zelda is my absolute favorite series in the history of video gaming, so I must say it is an honor to meet you!
By the way - if you haven't played the most recent Zelda game (for the Nintendo Wii), "The Twilight Princess", then I highly recommend it. If you have, well please don't spoil the end for me... Mom hasn't finished it yet.
