My favorite episode of all time is The Doomsday Machine.
That was the original series where a huge cone-shaped machine went through space, destroying planets and solar systems. Mom thought the machine looked like a giant ice cream cone, hee hee!
And she also liked the music -- very dramatic -- that added to the suspence.
Never seen that one Kira! My favorite is Best Of Both Worlds I & II!!
The one where Captain Picard gets assimalated by the Borg. Also where Wolf 359 battle takes place. Such a dramatic and sad episode... I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
Really tough to choose only one! One of my faves from TNG is Cause and Effect - cool watching the Enterprise blow up over and over again! And a favorite episode from Voyager is Shattered.
My favorite "Picard" episode is the one after he escaped from the Borg and went back to earth to visit his brother at the vinyard. Although it wasn't at all "sciFi", more of a character clarification, we felt up to that time the Picard character was cold and less human than Data. Picard's brother got him to open up by starting the fight in the mud. After that we felt more sympathic toward Picard.
Baby, is Cause and Effect the one that starts over after every commercial? The one where they are playing the same poker game over and over? After the first "repeat", we thought someone at the TV station was screwing up the broadcast!
