I am the QUEEN- OF THE HOUSE!

	My name is Greta, and as you can see by my motto, I am the QUEEN of my house! I used to have a brofur named Buster....he was a tuxedo cat...(or as mama called him, a "cow cat" because of his coat pattern) and I let him know I was the boss, even tho he was bigger than me. Buster died of heart failure and is now in kitty heaven. So now I am the only one, and if I can talk any sense into my mama, I'll keep it that way! She wants to get anofur kitty but I don't want to share her again. I'M THE QUEEN!!! MOL But I tend to be a bored queen. I love to chase (toy) mice and red "rainbow stripe" balls....cry a lot, and think anytime is PLAY time!! I'm also the most affectionate kitty you will ever meet. I love to be held, but only by my mama. If I don't know you, I won't let you hold me until I get to know you better. Enough about me....it's great to be queen! 	Hello! I am Widget the Wonderful and any time is treat time! Meowmy works at the Ren Faire and took a class this weekend on Superstitions of the Sea! Black kitties were really good luck and sea-farers liked to keep one on board - not just to catch rats, but because if they sneezed it meant a bad storm was coming. Also, it was good to keep them happy, because they could call down lightening with their tails! People in sea port towns used to keep black kitties in their home for the same reason, but had to be careful because bad people would steal them and sell them to others! Talk about a black market! I thought this was interesting and wanted to let others know, too!
