 | | | | I have an idea for a Lotus Exercise. Lotus has been very busy with her kittens, so I am helping her out a little bit temporarly.
I call it the Paw and Claw stretch. It can work for any cat with or without claws.
The Paw and Claw stretch can be done while doing the Roll and Stretch or by its self. While you are lying on your side or back breathe in deeply, then slowly exhale and roll. Reach both paws up, stretch above your head, and spread your paw pads as far apart as you can. Continue to roll until you are lying on your stomach with both front paws reaching forward. Flex the paw pads a few more times, then slowly get up, extending the hind legs one at a time. Don’t forget to stretch each back paw pads too.
This exercise will keep the paw pads, toe muscles, and claws from getting cramped or weak.
Message me if there are any questions, and I can't wait to hear how eveyone makes out with this simple stretch. | | | | |
