Meow! Hello! Thank you for inviting me to your group. Summer is almost here, and I'm excited! I will get to lay around outside and bask in the sun allllllll day...

The only thing I don't look forward to though, is that my owners are going to shave me. (Because they say I am too fat, and because I overheat too easy... Then I have to go the the vet...) But then I look really silly. But it helps keep me nice and cool! Especially when it get up around 90º. (I live in Michigan with my humans, and the state gets sooo humid because of the lakes....)

Well, I just thought I'd drop in to say hello!

I know!! I'm really excited too! The thing I hate though, is being forgotten about outside allnight when it is really hot. I can't meow so they can't hear me when I want to come in, and I'm declawed, so I can't scratch on the door to get thier attention either. The only way is to just sit there and hope someone wonders over the the door and notices me sitting there. And that might take a while. Unless it starts to rain, then they call all the cats in, but sometimes I don't hear them, so I get to stay out in the rain. Other then that summer is great!!!!

Meow that is harsh to have to stay outside. Try having your meowmy get you a special door knocker or bell like mine did. It isn't hard to learn to knock and not being able to talk this would really help out I think. Paws and Whiskers to ya.
