I'm the product of divorce and today's "throw out" society. My first mom left my first dad and headed back to Ohio with my bonded furbling. I was left with dad - who decided he didn't have time for m e with his new business. He'd leave me for too many hours each day and then blame me for peeing or pooping in the house. Maybe he should have taught me to use a doggy door. Here I was at age four - unwanted.

Anyfur, he called Bichon Rescue Brigade and Buffy came to get me. She said I was a mess - dirty, shaggy, horrible toofers and very fat. She took me to get a bath right away and then to me college student foster mom whom I loved, and was with fur only a week.

Mom saw my photofur and called Dad over to the 'puter. Love at furst photo. Mom phoned Buffy. Buffy said she couldn't say no to Mom (they've known each other since they got Breanna). Off to California Mom and Dad went and into their arms I went. They had Zuri with them and I got along with her from the start.

I'm losing weight, antibiotics have gotten the awful infection out of my mouth and I get my toofers cleaned in two weeks. The best part? I have a fur family and pawrents who are home with me almost ALL THE TIME.

When my angel sister, Silky Schnoodle, passed away on Nov 20, 2006, mom taught she was going to lose her mind. Silky was only 4 years old and she died of pancreatic cancer; mom could not wrap her mind around this.

She went on Petfinder and was looking for another one who looked like Silky. She could not find the one she was looking for. After two weeks of intense research for another mini Schnoodle, she saw my picture. It was not very clear and I looked like a mess. Mom said to Sabrina: "She is the one!"

Sabrina was confused confused and said to mom: "She does not look like Silky at all. I know that is what you have been looking for." Mom replied: "I just know she is the one."

She applied to adopt me and, for the 2 following weeks, drove aunt Mary Ann nuts naughty because she was calling her everyday to find out if she was approved and, after 2 weeks of being pestered by mom, aunt Mary Ann approved the application and said that mom could come and get me. She drove 2 hours to get to Mineola, TX and adopted me. relieved

Since then, Mary Ann became a foster for mom's rescue. I was 6 years old when I was adopted; I am now 12, happy, goofy, funny... that's what mom always says! blue dog

Mom told me that she was looking for another mini Schnoodle like Silky and she found me instead. We are very different, but mom said that I am just as special as Silky was.
