After all, my human Grandpa was in the USAF in the Strategic Air Command. However Mommi says she can't get any further than "Foxtrot" in that alphabet. Well, and Zulu. And Grandpa used to say "niner" even after he retired from the Air Force! He even says "Roger that" when ending a phone conversation...

Daisy Mae, note that I will ambush you at 1300 hrs. with my newest rolling pin. It has an Air Force insignia on it. Although I do like the old Strategic A.C. insignia with its steel fist holding some lightening bolts. Granpa used to have one on the shoulder of his white jumpsuit that he wore to go work on those Atlas warheads in Omaha. eekeek Mommi says it was all rather disconcerting for an eight-year-old, and during the Cuban Missile Crisis Granpa couldn't leave his work till it was over.
Mommi says this is why she grew up to be a nervous wreck.big laughbig laugh
