Subject: Blind Cats in CT Need Furever Homes!

I learned about this situation through Alana at Blind Cat Rescue of NC. I'm trying to help get the word out as far as possible. If anyone here can help spread the word, that would be so wonderful. Maybe some Catster could help them find furever homes...Bless you!

Here is the original email to Blind Cat Rescue:

Hi there...
My name is Karin Barth, from Mystic, Ct. I do lot's of cat/dog rescue in state, and help out shelters place the special needs gang.
We currently have three blind/semi blind female cats at our Groton Pound, recovered in a hoarding case. Two are very sweet, and the third just needs some extra love. They are young and playful, and really need to get out of that awful dog pound, where the remaining 32 cats are being very tightly housed. In the event we have trouble placing them in the next couple of weeks, do you have any resource contacts in the Northeast we can contact to find them a loving forever home. I will happily drive the little darlings where ever they need to go, should they need that.
I thank you for your time, keep up the great work!
