	Hey y'all! Since we have quite a number of new members here at Catholic Pets, I figured I'd start an introduction thread, so we can all get to know one another! I'm a brilliant orangie, originally from New Jersey, but now live in sunny southern Florida. My dad is an Army officer, so we've moved around a fair bit, and will move around some more the next few years, too. My favorite pastimes include biting my pawrents, chasing them around, chasing around feathers and string, and looking out the porch window to make sure the other neighborhood cat doesn't invade our territory. But I try to be a good CATholic as well, so I hang out here so I can give support to my fellow Catholic felines and canines.

	This is a pawsome idea Pumpkin Puss (I like to bite too )! Hello effuryone! My name is Kaci Sunshine. I'm 13 years old, an indoor only kitty and live with my mommy and family and sister Mittens in Cherry Hill, NJ. We were adopted by our mommy a little over 3 years ago. Before that we lived in Philadelphia with our mommy Alice. She was an observant Jew, so we were Jewish kitties before we became Catholics. Mommy knew our former mommy Alice and when she got cancer and was dying, mommy adopted us. Mommy says I'm very sweet and pretty and she loves me lots and lots. She loves to spoil me. I love her too and have her wrapped around my little paws. I'm a very happy, affectionate and cuddly girl (except when I get too excited and bite!), have lots of energy and love to play with my toys. I have hyperthyroidism but otherwise am in good health.

	Purrs . . . My name is Mittens and I'm Kaci Sunshine's sister. I'll be 13 years old on June 1. Kaci and I have been together since we were teeny little babies but we're not biological sisters. For the first year we lived with a family who gave us up for adoption when Kaci and I were a little over 1 year old. I don't remember them and mommy thinks it's best I don't remember 'cause they weren't the best of families. We love our mommy and love living with her. Mommy lost her job several months ago (please pray for her!) but that means she's home all the time and I love that! Unlike Kaci, I'm shy and very leery of strangers but like Kaci, I'm very sweet natured (I NEVER bite!), gentle and loving. I love mommy and she loves me. Mommy is my slave. I have intestinal lymphoma and have been on chemo for almost 5 months and am feeling better. Please keep me in your prayers too!

	Kaci, I didn't know you are a fellow biter. That's cool! And Mittens, you're the type of cat that my mom thought she was getting at the shelter when she saw me, LOL. Little did she know... bwahahahaha. But mom reassured me she wouldn't have me any other way.
