Hello everyone I just wanted to give you an update on my Georgia Rae. She seems to be doing well. She's been eating everyday. Not alot but some is better then none. I have been mixing a bit of wet food with the pureed chciken livers and warming it up she seems to be enjoying it. I've been eating a lot more Tuna lately she's seems to really enjoy the tuna water. She is an indoor door that has spent a good deal of her life trying to get out everytime the door opens so I let her out in the yard the other day to enjoy some sunshine I took some great photos of her. Thanks for you support you've all been so kind.

Yaay for Georgia Rae! So happy to hear that she's eating! It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep up the good work!

My vet told me two things when Sally was first diagnosed: The stinkier the better (when they're feeling a little nauseous, strong smelling food will be harder to resist) and if there's a food they show interest in, no matter what it is, let them have as much as they want of it. For the first three months, I hand fed Sally deli sliced turkey 3-4 times a day. When she decided she didn't want it anymore, we switched to Fancy Feast Ocean Whitefish. Now she's eating Tiki Cat (the fishy flavors).

Keep us posted on how Georgia Rae is doing. We will be keeping her in our purrs and prayers.

Hugs & Purrs,
Sally Maria & her mama
