	On the part about Scourge, the answers to those questions are revealed in the manga book, Rise of Scourge. I guess Scourge started out as a kittypet named Tiny. When he was a kit, he ventured into the forest where some Thunderclan cats (Bluestar, Tigerpaw, who of course became Tigerstar, and another warrior) found him. He got into a fight with Tigerpaw then.

	I do believe that tigerclaw killed redtail.. Because he was spreading rumors of Ravenpaw and He must have saw Ravenpaw when he killed redtail at sunning rocks. Isn't it obvious!
