	Is there enough interest in a summer Black Ops class? It's been awhile since the Federation has graduated a class, and perhaps it's time to offer another. You will need a recommendation from your commanding officer. This class will be co-ed, all ages and colors, feline and canine. Commander Honey, are you available as a guest lecturer or possible co-instructor? Of course Agent Monster will drop in from time to time. Is Lt. Chelsea still around? She also has a good handle on diplomacy and would make a fine guest lecturer. Please post your interest in this thread and once we have enough recruits I'll make our first assignment. 	I do have a question about criminal psychology and it has to do with my essay. How do you reach a being who is so filled with hate as a dalek? How could we negotiate with them and come to peaceful terms? They are still living beings and I would not like to think that destroying them is the only answer. They have been genetically engineered not to have emotions such as love or compassion. I wonder...... Could there be a way we could implant these emotions back into them? Maybe turn on those genes again??? Now the scientist in my is coming out!!!!

	Commander Honey, let's start thinking about appropriate Virtual Varmint nasty criminals throughout history for the midterm and final exam ... once we get a couple more recruits, I'll give the code & description for some of our virtual varmints warm-ups and ask for the first essay�what type of enemy should the Federation fear most and what would you do to plan for a confrontation with that enemy. Thus far we do have an interesting group ... now I'm wondering the feasibility of a "don't fear us we are just kittens" special ops group for Wee Geordi. My sisfur Cammi remains tiny and kittenlike. No one takes her seriously until she starts sparring with you! She's tiny but a terror!
