Share how your cat got it's nicknames! Oreo got his nickname of moosta-goosta because he is black and white and looks like a cow so we came up with Moo and then Moosta which turned into Moosta-goosta! Goofy right?!big grinkitty

Ohhh, I like this thread! I have all sorts of strange nicknames...let's see if I can figure out where they came from!

first came Mink (not sure where from), which turned into Minker and then to Minker Moose which turned into Moosecar and then to Moosecarlito! Also sometimes Baby Moose. I don't think I look anything like a moose though!

I am Girl ...- hear me Roar!!

Nakita earned her silly nickname 'skater girl' when she was a kitten. She was emaciated when she first came to our house and she could barely walk. She insisted on walking by herself all the way down the hall to the litter box. If we tried to carry her she would wiggle and squirm with all her little might as if to say, 'Put me down! I can do it myself!' She would wobble all the way down the hall, and her back legs looked exactly like she was 'roller- blading'. Thus 'skater girl' became her nickname and has stuck with her to this day.
