I am copy pasting a message I got from her mom Dee this morning.

Virginia & Annie

Thank you for your kind thoughts but you need not worry all the dogster prayers have been answered. They found out what the problem was with Sabrina this morning. She had an acorn stuck in her small intestine and they did surgery this afternoon to remove it. If she doesn't get an infection she should be home by Wednesday.

Again, thanks for all your prayers and get well wishes.

Update on cousin Ralph ...Sad news his dr appt did not go well..They will be starting a new treatment Friday he is losing strength in his feet and hands .......The cancer has not spread but it is not getting better or responding to the treatment ....His family God Bless them are keeping the faith and are grateful for all the prayers ...Please keep praying and lighting your candles ...God Bless

Sabrina will be coming home soon, if she keeps eating! I got a message from her mom this morning, saying she had kept food down, and if she eats more she will get to come home and is improving. I think she has stolen all of our hearts. Her mom Dee said thank you for your prayers.

Sabrina is home, I have two messages from her mom. here is the first one.
Message:
Jen

Yes, I am glad to have her home. She is groggy from the medicine patch that she has to wear till tomorrow afternoon and I hope after we take it off that she won't need to go back for another one. The vet said she didn't know if she will be in pain once we remove it. They said to make an appointment in 10 to 14 days to remove her stitches but to watch her closely to make sure she doesn't vomit, go lethargic or anorexic as that would be signs of her inside bowel stitches coming apart and we would have to bring her back to the animal hospital right away. So please keep praying that doe s not happen.

Right now she is sitting with my husband in the lazy boy chair.

Well, I will close for now and go update her diary.

I am home now wearing a stupid collar around my head hard to do anything but they don't want it taken off till I get my stitches out in a couple weeks. They told mommy and daddy to keep a special eye on me to make sure I don't vomit, go lethargic, or anorexic as that would be signs that my inside stitches to my bowel have come loose and if that happens I have to go back to the animal hospital, so please keep those prayers going that I don't have that problem.

Right now I am groggy and just stand around not wanting to do anything as I am not allowed to jump or play rough with Abigale and in my mood I don't want to do it. Abigale barked at me as she didn't recognize me but quit after she smelled me now she just lays down watching me while I sit in my daddy's lap in his favorite chair.

Keep those prayers going so I don't get my stitches loose as I enjoy being back home.

Thanks for your prayers and rosettes and your friendship.

Here is todays report on Sabrina, sounds like it is all good!

What kind of eye surgery are you having? Sabrina was resting today and Ward has been fixing both of them chicken and rice to mix with their dog food and they eat it all up they love it.

Later we take off Sabrina medicine patch. So far she seems to be doing good just very uncomfortable with that collar on her head but we can't take it off till the stitches get removed.

Keep me posted on your eye surgery.

update for my friend Jerry
I met someone online who thinks she might be able to help me get a cart for Jerry. And I've been playing phone-tag with a couple of vets, because one of Jerry's feet is swelling. But, he's also regained some feeling in his back! That's a GREAT sign!
