When I was young and still a puppy I saw you. The way our eyes met we both knew we were met to be together for ever. As we grew older we grew closer and stayed together through thick and thin. When you cried I'd lick your water off your face and when I was down you would be there to cuddle with me. Then you met your She. You guys were married and I brought down the flowers strapped to my back as a girl picked them up and threw them. Then you had your pup. You and your She looked at each other concerned. I knew you like your house with lots of space and it was becoming to close for you. You guys looked at each other again and then at me. I knew what you were thinking though I tried not to look it. You brought me in the car and I was excited. You wouldn't even look at me. We went in the uilding and you wouldn't pet me. The woman at the desk looked up. Looked from you to me. I looked at you and you bent down. I like your face. You acted as if nothing happened. You gave me to the woman who led me to a cage. Lots of people met me though I always ended in the cage. They would always slip me treats and play though they knew I wasn't their perfect match. They loved me and brought big smiles to their face. Then one day I was brought to a room I've never been in. The person looked at me I licked her face and water came down. I licked off just like I would've done with you. She took out something sharp and I felt pain and everything went black. How could you leave me to die? You and I knew we were met for eachother and you abanded me. I was with you through thick and thin and this is how you thanked me.
