	hello all! I think Abyssinians are amazing! I know they are usually quite smart and clever, well mine is clever but he's unbelievably goofy. Favorite pastimes: knocking over glasses of water, eating plants (cactus prefered), chasing after dogs, climbing up to high places and falling on his head, knocking over piles of papers/books, stealing small objects and stashing them in a closet. Oh, and he's crazy about olive oil and also any kind of raw melon. He's totally crosseyed, which also add to his cartoon like persona. And yours?

	Hi I'm Feisal a ruddy Aby boy in NC and I'm new to the group! Hope we can get something going here - my sisfur, Morticia, is all over Catster and really enjoys it, so we thought we'd check it out! Oh my other sisfur, Livia, is a Blue Aby Girl who also just joined and also my late brofur, Augustus Kukla. He died before MomKatt got me (Livia remembers him) but MomKatt says he was such a sweet boy. We're a lot of fun & crazy & very friendly sooo we hope to meet everypurr! Purrs! Feisal the Ruddy Boy

	Hi everyone - My name is Bamboo and I am a 5 mos old wild ruddy aby boy. I have a fun sister named Lu Lu - she is a bengal. I love to be cuddled and am hungry all the time. Mom now calls me her Yum Yum kitten cause I cuddle real nice. Lu Lu is not as cuddly and squirms alot when held. I like all food and mom has to watch when she is cooking that I don't just jump in and have a taste. My older bro - now at the Rainbow Bridge was called Baby Major - Mom had the Baby Major for 18 years. She was real sad when he passed but has me now. Mom loves aby babies so I am in good hands. Hope some more abys get onsite. Fun!!!

	Hi to all Abyssinians and their Mom's and Dad's, or as I call them my "can openers". Me and my cousin's Amun and Rashid live in Ohio. I must say it was quit a change from my home in Germany. Amun and I had a loooonnngg flight and it was horrible in that little crate and the noise of the plane was totally frightfull. But we made it and were joint by our cousin Rashid two years ago. He is a pesky little critter who wants to play all the time and jumps at us from behind corners and bounces all over the place. But we tolerate him, since he is still small and has a lot to learn. I go hunting every morning and being an Abyssinian I am a mighty hunter. Amun and Rashid have to stay in the house, since they have no common sense and run to the neighbours garages to play and hide. However, since it is getting cold now in Ohio, the warm spots above the heater vents even appeals to a mighty hunter and so all is well. Hope to hear from my other Abyssinian friends. Abbys rule

Ramses

I'm Ramses, fuss- me Mummy!

	Oh what a lovely place to find here on Catster! I live here with my half-sister Isis and a big black Bombay/BSH cross who says he's the boss here... Oh well as long as I get to cuddle with Mummy as often as I want I don't really care who's boss! Isis and I have the same father, but different mother's, I'm 4.5 yrs old and Isis will be 1 yr old tomorrow, but we love each other lots and lots regardless... I used to be a show and Stud cat before I cam to live with Mummy, Dad and the boy, so it took Mummy some time to get me used to life here, but I just love it... We have a lovely big cat run so we can play safely in the garden and in the summer Mummy sometimes puts us one the lead and takes us for walks around the rest of it... Isis will be having kittens in spring I hear, so soon there will be a lot more lovely Abys here to play with! I can't wait to see what lovely kittens my sister has, plus it might stop her from wanting to clean my ears out all the time! The fun thing with breeding Abys is we come in so many lovely colours - though I like sorrel best of all! Well I'm a sorrel after all... Purrs to all you Abys, Ramses

	Hello, I'm Livia, I'm Feisal's sisfur (see above) and I'm a Blue Aby who lives in North Carolina. I also have a ruddy Aby bridge brother, Augustus Kukla (we just called him Kukla) who's on Catster too. Nice to meet you all! My funny trait is that I love licking on you when you've just put either body lotion or perfume on yourself. MomKatt canNOT figure out why - she's gotten a mouthful of perfume before & says it tastes AWFUL! - so she figures maybe it's the oil? I don't know, I just like it! I also LOVE cheese, and eat 24 hrs and don't gain a pound! DadKatt says I'm a "greyhound" - is that a woofer? Must mean they're lean & mean like me! MOL (Ha, not mean, just joking. I'm the sweetest kitty around - just ask my MomKatt.) All I want is to be petted and loved on 24/7 and I come up to people and headbutt them and ... oh I just love LOVE! My boyfriendcat is Gromit, who is Hudson's brofur (Hudson is my sisfur, Morticia's boyfriendcat. I know, it's confusing.) He (Gromit, not Hudson) just asked me today to "go steady" and I SAID YES! Excited purrs, and hoping to meet some other excellent Abys, Livia

Is it time to- play?

	Hi, It's great to see this group get a little more active and better still have more cute little Aby girls like myself here! Oh don't get me wrong I just love all you Aby boys too, well I wouldn't be expecting my first litter of kittens in 6 weeks without a little help from a very nice Aby boy! giggleblush* But I find that girl cats are far more interested in talking about kittens than boy cats in general... My favourite activity most mornings is giving myself a dry bath, while Mummy is brushing her hair and cleaning her teeth. Rolling around in the bath tub is the best and sometimes I enjoy it so much that I don't want to get out when Mummy want to get in, this has led to the occasional patch of damp fur, which is pretty icky but it's not put me off! I just love yoghurt and will go to great lengths to get a little bit of it, in fact both my half-brother Ramses and myself will happily eat off spoons if Mummy's got a little strawberry yoghurt to share! Goofy Girl

	Is goofy an Abysinnian trait, because my Skittles matches that to a "T". She loves knocking over glasses of water, skidding across piles of papers/magazines/books, batting at the mouse pointer on my computer monitor, and yes, stealing small objects and hiding them in closets. She also has a silly eye problem, not cross-eyed, but the pupils don't dilate properly so when there is a lot of light, her eyes look really silly but it doesn't seem to bother her too much.
