((comes waltzing in the Ballroom of the HUGE Spooky Castle with many many kitties with many many boxes in tow))
ok boys if you could set those down and start setting up it would be great!! Remember the tables for the food are over there ((pointing)) and those of you setting up the dance area please remember the huge Disco Ball overhead as well as glitter and the bags of catnip to be released need to be set up so they drop upon request over the dancers (should they wish of course)

((Chef Spot and Sous Chef Jones arrive with many many containers for the decor of the tables))
Jones can you get some of the fellows over there to help set up tables and I will get the menu off to Aldo as I was supposed to DAYS ago!
((Chef Spot feeling a bit paniced lets out a MEROW!))
oh how I wish Shakes was here !! shes always got the most calming effect on me ((sigh))
((Jones humming and murfling as he works happily setting up the tables with Spooky decorations))

Goodness! Look at all this stuff. I brought some of Mom's Halloweeny things too. Like she always says, you can never have enough fog, strobes or cobwebs. The pack mule, Ashley, should be dragging it in soon.

The fog machine is a must, I can't make my entrance without one. Just had the tux all pressed and ready to wear. This is going to be one sweet affair.

Aldo , the Velvet Prince is making the nummiest most decadant sumptuous Dessert Platters for us!
they are positively AMAZING! and much to Spots relief ...he loves to bake desserts but is not nearly as skilled as Aldo! and he was very happy to hear that Aldo and all HIS Culinary talent are going to bring us such wonderful goodies!
he gave me a wonderful list of goodies((foraging in pocket of gown searching for the list))

I wanted to show you around the castle but it seems that weve created a fog bank that is extending down the coast according to the National Weather Service!
((hearing fog horns in background))
I wanted to introduce you to the Ghosts that came with the Castle, we had a chat and they thought that they would enjoy staying especially with the pawwwwty coming up so they can moan and cackle and rattle as much as they would ever like!
we will return in the morning after a good nights sleep and continue with the set up
((clapping paws to all the kitties busy setting up the Disco Ball and the streamers and cobwebs, and kitty skeleton garlands))

time for a good nights sleep
be back at 10 am and we shall continue with the set up and preparations for this Gala Event!

Mmmm catnip tea. There's nothing like a warm cup of the good stuff to make a princess feel all better. Especially in the fog. *hears fog horn* Is it just me or is every other kitty getting used to that sound?

Tooney, are you going white jacket in true 004 form or will you just do a regular tux? Ah, no, I'll wait til the pawty! But I do hope, if there's time, can I have a ride in the Meow-ta? I love little sporty cars.

Haley Ann, Spot, Jones, you are all outdoing yourselves. This place is looking great and spooky! Normally I don't like drafty walls but it just adds to the feel. Purrfect choice!

I cannot wait to rest my green eyes on Aldo's desserts. This is sounding better and better. Well you know....food. I loves the good eats. *purr*
