and they hate the smell of it. Go to a pet store and they have things that will make a cat feel uncomfortable on
counters. Get a water gun and spray them with water when they are on a table. While we are at home, I know that they don't walk on the table but when we are away, they will do it. Don't keep anything on the counter that they would want. I put all of my food away. By the way, don't feed any onions or garlic to the cat. Some new owners are not aware that they are harmful to cats and it is in some human food. I did it once when I gave my Ben barbecue chicken not realizing that it had onion in it. It made him sick.
Now, that you are a cat owner, you will find out how easy it is to have one over a dog. They are very affectionate and will cuddle when they want to. They need affection as much as dogs but they do it when they want it. My Natasha would sleep with me and demand that I put my head down on the pillow so she could sleep behind me. |  |  | |  |
