Hubby and I have 2 senior male cats, Chachi and Fonzi. He's retired and I lost my job last year and am still looking for work. A female stray in our mobile home park had kittens but they suddenly disappeared. We've been feeding her and she's become very friendly with us. We're at a point where she'll let us pet her and will flop over and show us her tummy. Pretty girl - a tortie with green eyes and a white tipped tail. We at least need to get her spayed but cannot afford it. Am having trouble finding a TNR org or no-kill shelter in my area. Any suggestions are welcome.

you can try this shelter, hscalumet. its a no kill shelteri in munster,in. not to far from you. this is there homepage, has all there contact info. hope they can help you.
